Every membership includes one bath and blow dry per month (two if you're VIP), a 5-minute light brush out, an Ojara wellness check-in at every visit, priority booking access, 15% off full grooms when booked separately, and members-only pricing on Ojara retail products. Standard members also choose 3 Beauty Bar services each month. VIP members choose 6.

When you book your monthly bath appointment, you'll let your bather know which services you'd like from the Beauty Bar Menu. You can choose the same picks every month or mix it up — it's entirely up to you and your pup's needs that month.

Beauty Bar picks reset each month and do not roll over. This is by design — it keeps your pup on a consistent routine and gives you a fresh reason to come in every single month.

The Beauty Bar Club focuses on bath, blow dry, and spa maintenance services. Full grooms and haircuts are not included in the membership — but members always receive 15% off when a full groom is booked separately.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. We want members here because it works for them, not because they're locked in.

Small is generally up to 25 lbs, medium is 25 to 60 lbs, and large is 60 lbs and above. Regular coat applies to short-haired dogs and smooth coats. Long coat applies to dogs with longer, thicker, or double coats that require more drying and brushing time. If you're unsure, reach out before checking out and we'll point you to the right tier.

At every visit, your bather does a quick assessment of your pup's coat condition, skin, ears, and paws and logs it in their file. Over time this builds a wellness history that can help flag changes early. It's included at every visit for every membership tier at no extra charge.
